ObjectiveTo investigate patients with deep venous thrombosis anticoagulation effect of warfarin-related factors.Methods40 patients met the criteria for the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis patients are warfarin (Qilu Pharmaceutical Company).INR to changes in coagulation parameters before and after treatment value as the anticoagulant effect of warfarin effect, and its age (years), weight (kg), plasma albumin (g/L), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (g/L), DVT disease duration (days) of five may affect the anticoagulant effect of warfarin analysis of the factors.Results1. Five factors that may affect the basic information:The age is in 20-80 years old, an average of 54.55 years; Weight is in 52-108 Kilograms on average between 67.75Kg; serum albumin in 21-52.7 g/1 and the average was 37.527 g/1; Low density cholesterol in 1.5 to 7.69 g/1, with an average 3.051 g/1; DVT course length between within 1-400 days for 36.08 days on average.2.Measured 0,24,48 hours measure INR values:the INR value of 0 hours is in 0.96-1.30, an average of 1.074;INR values of 48 hours after treatment is 0.98-1.85, an average of 1.246;INR values 48 hours after administration of 1.05-2.66, average of 1.516.3.The first 24 hours after treatment with the second 24-hour changes in INR values were compared, P=0.018<0.05, the second 24-hour changes in INR is more obviously than the first 24 hours changed.4.INR values of pre-treatment and medication for 48 hours with the correlation test:correlation coefficient R=0.163, p=0.315>0.05, showed that INR values of pre-treatment and medication affter 48 hours was no correlation; INR value of the two paired t test,t=-7.842,p= 0.000<0.001, means that INR value 48 changes significantly within this 48-hour.5.INR values the changes within 48 hours(expressed by D) representative the anticoagulant effect of size. By Tests of Normality, the results show that the D for the normal distribution of data. Multiple linear regression analysis with the D and the five possible relationships between factors. Results:â‘ All five factors will be introduced to equation by Enter method.the determination coefficient R2=0.183, shows that the role of warfarin anticoagulation by a 18.3% opt-in of the five factors. Can be seen from the standardized partial regression coefficient,5 factors role of warfarin anticoagulation in decreasing order of age (0.335), weight (-0.2973), low density cholesterol (0.151), serum albumin (-0.135), DVT disease duration (-0.040).â‘¡stepwise regression (Stepwise method):Only body weight, age, elected to the model, the regression equation the coefficient of determination R2=0.149, indicated that the difference with INR anticoagulation with warfarin 14.9%, determined by age and weight.ConclusionPatients with deep vein formation, age and body weight is to attach importance to the efficacy of anticoagulant factors, serum albumin, LDL cholesterol, DVT course of disease have little effect on the anticoagulant effect. Warfarin on the resulting regression equation factors, for the clinical use of warfarin to provide a reasonable basis.
