Objective:There are 42 cases Using Liangditang to treate Extended Menstruation after placing IUD (Deficiency of Yin and Hot Blood type). We appraise Liangdi tang treating Extended Menstruation after placing IUD initially the clinical curative effect and explore its possible action mechanism, and provide the reference basis for the clinical practice, provide a method for the treating of Extended Menstruation after placing IUD.Methods:This research chooses 42 examples to conform to Extended Menstruation after placing IUD(Deficiency of Yin and Hot Blood type) patient. Took medicine for 7 days continuously from the third day of the menstrual cycle and went on three consecutive menstrual cycles as a course. Observing and analyzing the change of integral of the main and secondary symptoms times before and after, using disease integral changes before and after the treatment methods of group compared outcome, And analyzing the age, duration of patients and the number of pregnancy and childbirth production times with the clinical effect of correlation, this paper discusses the treatment of this study embodied thinking and sexual problems unfinished.Results:There are 9 Severe cases,25 moderate cases and 8 mild cases in the 42 patients group before treatment. After the treatment with Liangdi tang:1.Comprehensive treatment effect showed that the cured cases 5, markedly effective cases 24, effective cases 6, null and void example 7, and thetotal effectiveness is 83.3%.2. The menstruation integral were obviously reduced. It is 6.14±1.98 before the treatment and 1.79±2.39 after the treatment. They are significance difference (P<0.05).3. Each TCM syndrome integral significantly reduce, and the syndrome integral with before and after treatment is significant difference (P<0.05).4. Correlation analysis showed that it related with the disease duration and menstrual time before treatment (P<0.05), had no significant effect of the illness degree,the age and the number of pregnancy and childbirth production(P>0.05).Conclusion:1. Liangdi tang has effective treatment for Extended Menstruation after placing IUD, can effectively improve or eliminate the clinical symptom, has showed no obvious adverse reactions.2. Using the medicine of Liangdi tang add with the Chinese transforming stasis to treate the Extended Menstruation after placing IUD (Deficiency of Yin and Hot Blood type) is worth studying.
