| [Objective]Through exploration of the practical cultivation mode of the"Early experiments Early clinicals", to find a best kind of skills,which let nursing students improve interest in learning skills,enhance their practical ability and social competitiveness, then lay a foundation for cultivation of higher nursing talents。[Methods]2007 undergraduate nursing students were designed as a control group,2008 undergraduate nursing students were designed as the experimental group. Experimental group were teached according to the new skill training model, control group were teached according to the routine skill training model. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis about all relevant information collected. The two groups of nursing students were compared by two self-designed questionnaire and related theory test results, skills test results of "foundamentals of nursing" objectively。[Results]After statistical analysis, the questionnaire 1 "survey on teaching effectiveness of Basic Nursing Science " results suggest that comparison in most of sub-items, such as interest in learning nursing vocational skills, engaging in the nursing profession after graduation, interests in professional learning, the ability to ask questions, the ability to access documents, interests in skills operating, problem-solving skills, innovative capacity and so on of professional emotion, theoretical studies, hands-on learning and the impact of learning programs between two groups showed a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). While the comparison in other sub-items such as Positive initiatives of professional learning, self-management skills, ability to communicate with patients, the ability of relatively prompt response showed that there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)After statistical analysis, the questionnaire2research on effects of teaching model about skills operating of "Basic nursing Science " results suggest that comparison in most of sub-items, such as the attitude of teaching skills, to stimulate interest in learning theory, to deepen the understanding of relevant theories, to enhance the positive initiative of learning, to reduce pressure of theory learning, to improve the ability to analyze problems in practice, to improve the recognition of skills operating, to enhance operational proficiency, to strengthen the practical ability and view of the importance of operation and so on of overall evaluation, theoretical learning, hands-on learning, the link of theory and operation between two groups showed a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). While enhancing positive initiatives of operations, improving self-management skills, strengthening unity and cooperation in the learning process, the way taken by for operation examination showed that there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)After statistical analysis,The comparison of theory results of《Basic Nursing ScienceⅡ》, test results of《nursing skills operatingâ… ã€‹and the theory results of《Medical Nursing》between experimental group and control group showed that the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion]"Early experiments, early clinical" nursing skills training mode enhanced nurses' study interest and perceptual knowledge of operation skills.The effects on promotion of Practice ability and the comprehensive ability of analyzing and solving problem is obvious, prompting students to change from passive to active, to learn to how to learn. This is also consistent with the trend of reform about higher nursing education skills that is to promote early practice, more practice for junior nursing students. But the study objectives don't yet have access to clinical practice and graduation session. Effects of specific teaching after the reform need further investigation before the final conclusion. |
