Objective:According to the comparing with the traditional teaching mode,this paper analyzed the influence of “flipped classroom” on students' self-directed learning ability and practical ability.A series of questionnaires were counted to provide data for the promotion of “flipped classroom”.Clinical research methods:The experiment was conducted by Cluster sampling method,210 students of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College were selected as subjects(105 students as experimental group and the other 105 students as contrast group).The experimental group was taught the course of < traditional Chinese medicine nursing > by the flipped classroom teaching mode,and the contrast group was taught by the traditional teaching mode.Comparing the test scores,teaching satisfaction,self-directed learning ability of the two groups at the end of the course.Results:1.General data comparison: There was no significant difference between this two groups of the student source and the college entrance examination scores.P>0.05,they are comparable.2.Comparison of two groups of students learning at the end of the course: the hell and final test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the contrast group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Practical skills project test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the contrast group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The satisfaction evaluation at the end of the course: The experimental group had a positive attitude towards the flipped classroom teaching mode.4.Self directed learning ability analysis of the two group students: There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the contract group(P>0.05)before the experiment.The self-directed learning ability of the experimental groupwas higher than that of the control group after the experiment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ability to plan and implement,self-control,interpersonal skills of the experimental group were significantly improved.After the“flipped classroom” course,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Students' practical ability and theoretical knowledge are obviously improved after the “flipped classroom” course.Besides,the students interest in learning was stimulated by the “flipped classroom” course.It is contribute to changing the teaching mode from "Teacher centered" to "student centered".2.The “flipped classroom” teaching model is propagable in the teaching of TCM Nursing?3.The “flipped classroom” teaching mode is helpful to improve the students' satisfaction in class,and improve the students' self-directed learning ability.
