| Objective: To observe the effects of toxic side Qingjin sputum management combined with western treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia in clinical efficacy. Explore its possible mechanism.Methods:The 62 cases of patients met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into 2 groups, experimental group, positive control group 31 cases. 20 healthy children as a negative control group. Positive control group received conventional macrolides (azithromycin 10mg/kg.d) and other western medicine; experimental group were macrolide and other drug treatment services based on the additional grounds of Qing Jin Li sputum detoxification recipe, 1ml/kg. Times 2 times a day take orally; two groups of western medicine under the same conditions the same gender, age, disease duration, severity and so no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable.Normal control group for the same period medical examination in our hospital without organic disease in healthy children the same age, nearly 2 weeks without infection, medication history, no other acute and chronic diseases, no allergies and immune related diseases. Experimental group and the control group were treated in hospital the next day and 2 weeks after blood collection, blood 1 normal group, blood samples of the above 5 groups were detected by flow cytometry to detect T cell subsets CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 change;According to the sympotoms, signs and Symptomatic quantization standards , the total credit was summed up before and after two weeks therapy to conclude each group's Clinical overall efficacy and it made comparison between the testing group and control group in the above observering indexes and disappearing time of sypotoms, complications, recovering time for those whose have a unusual white cell counting . Results: 1 The experimental group before and after treatment with the control group the overall effect of comparison: the experimental group patients cured 1 case, effective in 30 cases, the effective 0 case, ineffective 0 cases; control group of patients with 0 cases, effective in 25 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 0 cases. Comparison of overall efficacy between the two groups there was significant difference (P <0.05). Tips to reduce the experimental group than the control group of indicators of inflammation, white blood cells more easily than C-reactive protein recovery.4 The test group before treatment, the positive control group, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8 showed no significant difference (P> 0.05); the two groups compared with the negative control group CD4, CD4/CD8 decreased, CD8 increased, the three were significantly different between (P <0.05); test group before treatment, the positive control group, CD4, CD8 and CD4/CD8 showed no significant difference (P> 0.05); the two groups after treatment CD4, CD4/CD8 higher than before, CD8 down between the two groups: experimental group CD4, CD4/CD8 and CD8 decreased more significantly increased in the treatment group compared with the positive control group of CD4, CD4/CD8 increased significantly different (P <0.05 ), CD8 was no significant difference decreased (P> 0.05).5 The comparison of pulmonary complications: 9 cases of Merger pleural effusion, after therapy, 6 cases of pleural effusion disappear, 3 cases are not completely absorbed, the efficient rate is 66.7%; 8 cases of control group, 3 cases disappear after traetment, 5 cases are invalid, the efficient rate is 37.5%; the experiment group rates higher than the control group, the statistics has no remarkable difference(P>0.05)Among the experiment group, 15 cases of merger liver group were damaged or myocardial injured, 11cases become normal, 4 cases are not restored after therapy, the efficient rate is 73.3%; Among 17 cases of in the control group, 10 cases are normal , 7 cases are not restored after therapy, the efficient rate is 58.8%; the statistics has no remarkable difference between the two groups(P>0.05)。6 Safety indicators and adverse reactions: the experimental group no adverse reactions during clinical observation. 5 patients in the control group, the early treatment of gastrointestinal reactions occurred in 3 cases spontaneous recovery, 2 patients were given drugs such as vitamin B6 and relieved.
