| Background"Health is all human freedom's first need" -- Hneri Amiel. We were in a rapid development times with science and technology; science and technology provided us more space to create the miracle of life; the rapid development of science and technology might provide us higher life expectancy. China's population was aging, anti-aging gradually appeared especially needed now. Today's scientists to "senescence" below definition: aging was inevitable to a certain extent; normal aging related to body degeneration was due to abnormal physiological function. Delay senescence: improved the damaged corresponding biological process in aging systematically, corresponding quality of life got certain repair, protecting and improving, on the basic of it, the quality of life and deadline people would be improved and extended. In this study, operation mode of the ageing process which simulated damaged corresponding biological process was built, the qi and blood soup were systematically intervened and improved damaged corresponding biological process in aging, made its corresponding life quality repair, protect and improve to some extent.ObjectiveThis research focused part of the biological process in aging, to explore preliminarily the part of biological processes with delayed postmenopausal aging by adjusting blood gas; carries on some exploration, offered beneficial laboratory support for the partly improved the ageing process about postmenopausal women, further enriched the theory of TCM anti-aging.MethodsFemale SD rats not pregnant, all three months by age, were unilateral ovary excision, and simulated the postmenopausal aging process; divided completely random with digital form sequence after the success of mould: model group, positive medicine group, angelica blood soup of low-dose group, angelica blood soup of high-dose group, and controls group; they were given pure water, liuwei dihuang pill, low-dose angelica blood fluids extracting, high-dose angelica blood fluids extracting and pure water respectively; using enzyme-linked immunosorbent to detect the serum E2, FSH, SOD and MDA of rats; at the same time, observed Uterine form and measured the weight index of spleen and uterine. ResultsCompared with model group,angelica blood soup of high-dose group, angelica blood soup of low-dose group and liuwei dihuang pill group had significant low serum FSH, high serum E2 (P < 0.01), and the change of uterine morphology was obvious; angelica blood soup of high-dose group had low serum FSH and high serum E2 than angelica blood soup of low-dose group and liuwei dihuang pill group (P < 0.05), uterine morphological was obvious difference.Angelica blood soup of high-dose group, angelica blood soup of low-dose group and liuwei dihuang pill group compared with model group, serum MDA significantly reduced, and serum SOD, weight exponential of spleen, uterus significant increased, (P < 0.01); serum MDA, SOD of angelica blood high-dosage group were reduced and increased respectively contrasted to angelica blood soup of low-dose group and liuwei dihuang pill group, and weight index of spleen, uterine was obvious difference, (P < 0.05). The serum FSH, MDA of controls were lower than other groups, the serum E2, SOD were relatively higher than other groups, and weight index of spleen, uterine increased substantially than other groups, uterine form was basically normal. ConclusionAfter ovary excision unilateral, the estradiol improved, and follicle-stimulating hormone feedback lowered ,which might be the internal mechanism of angelica blood soup to protect ovarian and improve uterine form; improving ability of scavenging free radicals, reducing harmful oxidation product and increased weight of immune organs might one of the internal mechanisms to retard aging and strengthen the immune; the influence of high-dosage group was more obvious, but had no obvious advantage than controls group, this effect was only to a certain extent the process of delaying the ageing of corresponding biological characteristics.
