Objective:Discuss GCS on calculating the Recurrence rate of Cerebral Hemorrhage at the initial stage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 170 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,we study the correlation between the risk factors(including gender ,age, bleeding site, bleeding volume, GCS score, the highest systolic blood pressure) and the Recurrence rate of ICH by Logistic regression analysis. Then analysis the correlation between the risk factors(including gender ,age, bleeding site, bleeding volume) and GCS by F test. Use chi-square test to analysis the correlation between GCS and the recurrence rate, and the correlation between sedation and the recurrence rate. Finally, we analysis the correlation between GCS and blood pressure. Results: The recurrence rate of ICH will be reflected by various factors, the blood pressure is the main factor which will reflected the recurrence rate of ICH(P<0.05). All the other factors reflected the recurrence rate of ICH little(P>0.05).The GCS will be reflected by various factors, and the factor of age gets no correlation with the GCS statistically(P>0.05), and gender, as age does, also gets no correlation with the GCS statistically; we also find that, the site of hematoma is also not correlative with GCS; Pa>0.05; in our study, analysis the GCS in different subgroups who get different volume of hematoma in basal ganglia, Pb1<0.05; analysis the GCS in different subgroups who get different volume of hematoma in thalamus, P<0.05 ; analysis the GCS in different subgroups who get different volume of hematoma in gray matter,P>0.05; analysis the GCS in different subgroups who get different volume of hematoma in cerebellum, P>0.05; analysis the GCS in different subgroups who get different volume of hematoma in brainstem, P<0.05; the volume of hematoma is a factor which get significant correlation with GCS statistically. We analysis the difference of the recurrence rate of cerebral hemorrhage in the patients with different GCS. Divide all the patients into 2 groups(the group with mild consciousness disorders GCS 8-12 and the group with moderate consciousness disorders GCS 13-15),analysis the difference of the recurrence rate between the 2 groups, P>0.05, it means that there is no difference between the 2 groups; then Divide all the patients into 3 groups(the group of lethargy GCS 8-10, the group of sleepiness GCS 11-13 and the group of sober GCS 14-15), analysis the difference of the recurrence rate in the 3 groups, P<0.05,it means the recurrence rate between the 3 groups are different; we compare the recurrence rate in each 2 groups of the 3 after regulating"a"by Bonferoni theorem, a'=0.05/[3(3-1) /2]=0.0167, find that, the recurrence rate of sleepiness group is much higher than the other 2 groups, the patients with GCS (11 -13) have high-risk of recurrence(the risk of recurrence is 18.03%).Patients who got sedation get the lower recurrence rate of ICH than those who got not, P<0.05(1.37% vs 10.3%).The correlation between the GCS and the volatility of blood pressure is positive ,P<0.05,the patients with GCS(11-13) got much higher volatility of blood pressure than other groups. Conclusion:The recurrence rate of ICH will be reflected by various factors , and the GCS will be reflected by various factors as well, GCS can be a reference index to calculate the risk of recurrence at the initial stage of cerebral hemorrhage.
