Analyses Of Clinical Feature, Prognosis And Recurrence Of Cerebral Infarction With H-type Hypertension

Objective:To evalute clinical feature, prognosis and recurrence of cerebral infarction with H-type hypertension.Methods:1.128cases of cerebral infarction with H-type hype hypertension selected from Department of Neurology in The People’s Hospital of Gansu Province between June2009-June2010, The control group are50cases of physical examination without cerebrovascular disease matching for age, sex.2. Collecting clinical data, Including age, gender, past history, total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, HDL, uric acid, fibrinogen, Chinese scale of clinical Neurological deficit within24hours in hospital, treatment efficacy after2weeks, Color ultrasound examination, MRI, CTA, the recurrence rate within1year.3. Data was analyzed by T test and chi-square test statistically with SPSS16.0.Result:1.Chi-square test indicated that Chinese scale of clinical Neurological deficit within24hours in hospital is no significant differences cerebral infarction with H-type hype hypertension between cerebral infarction with hypertension(P>0.05).2.In the H-type hypertension group, the rates of soft plaques, multiple plaques, extracranial or intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis were46%,44.0%,60.3%; In the hypertension group, the incidence rates were27.5%,22.22%,28.0%. By analysis of statistics, there were significant difference between the H-type hypertension group and the hypertension group for all above index (P<0.05).3. The rate of recurrence within1year in the H-type hypertension group is27.6%, and11.3%in the hypertension group, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.It is common that people over the age of60exist Carotid atherosclerosis, carotid atherosclerosis is an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction.2.Cerebral infarction with H-type hypertension was higher rate of soft plaques, multiple plaques, extracranial or intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis, the recurrence of cerebral infarction.3.These patients of cerebral infarction with H-type hype hypertension supplementation with folic acid and vitamin B12cannot reduce the rate of recurrence significantly,so we should treat H-type hypertension early.and to find more effective for these patients.
