Objectives:To study the expression and significance of DcR3 in uterine cervix carcinoma. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of DcR3 in 57 cases of uterine cervix carcinoma,20 cases of CIN,16 cases of normal cervical tissue. The relationship of the expression of DcR3 in uterine cervix carcinoma with the clinical pathological factors was analyzed. SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.The positive expression rate of DcR3 in normal cervical tissues, CIN, cervical cancer tissues were 6.25%,45.00%,73.68%, respectively. There were significantly different between normal cervical group and CIN group(P<0.05),also between normal cervical group and cancer group(P<0.05),CIN group and cancer group(P<0.05).2.In uterine cervix carcinoma,DcR3 protein expression were related with the degree of differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but were not related with patient age, gross type and histological types(P>0.05).3.In uterine cervix carcinoma patients, the disease-free survival were 66.10±2.78 months in DcR3 protein positive group, and were 77.79±2.22 months in DcR3 protein-negative group, There were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05)4.Multivariate COX proportional hazards model for prognosis showed that DcR3 protein positive expression was one of the mainly hazard factors (P<0.05).Conclusions:1.DcR3 expression in'the normal cervix, CIN, cervical carcinoma is higher trend.2.In uterine cervix carcinoma,DcR3 is closely correlated with the degree of differentiation, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.3.The expression of DcR3 in cancer cells can be used as a predictive factor of uterine cervix carcinoma.
