Background:Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) that happened in pregnancy is a kind of special disease and one of the reasons of fetal morbidity and fetal mortality raised. From the relationship between blood fats and ICP, this study that investigates the relationship between Ox-LDL,LOX-1 and ICP.It wants to try a new diagnostic and therapeutic method as the theoretic evidence. Objective:1) To research whether Oxidized low-density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL) participates in ICP; 2) To study if PHA-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) participates in ICP; 3) To inspect and verify whether disorder of blood fats exsits in ICP. Methods:1) 94 pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and 94 healthy pregnant women hospitalized in the first affiliated hospital in Xinjiang medical university were differentiated as ICP group and control group. The level of oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) was assessed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) 2) Western Boltting was used for assessing level of PHA-like oxidized low-density lipoprotein receptor-1 (LOX-1) in placental tissue.3) Level of blood fats and total bilirubin (TBIL) were assessed by laboratory inspection. Analyzing and summing up general data, level of ox-LDL, LOX-1, blood fats and TBIL. Results:1) Age of ICP group and control group separately were 29.66±4.45 and 31.10±4.01,there was no statistical significance (t'=1.3668, P>0.05); Weeks of pregnancy of ICP group and control group separately were 37.34±1.80 and 37.96±1.51, there was no statistical significance (t'=2.0413, P>0.05).2) There was no difference between ICP group and control group about the level of serous Ox-LDL and no statistical significance (22.87±10.84 VS 24.77±20.90, t'=0.7824,P>0.05).3) The level of LOX-1 in ICP group were much higher than control group (1.55±0.22 VS 1.17±0.29, t'=10.1214, P< 0.05).4) The level of TG,CHOL and LDL in ICP group were much higher than that in control group (4.83±0.71 VS 2.27±0.69, t'TG= 25.0696,P<0.05; 8.28±1.11 VS 4.87±0.76, t'cHOL= 24.5762,P<0.05; 4.42±1.59 VS 3.21±0.81, t'LDL= 2.5694,P< 0.05), meanwhile, serum HDL in ICP group are much lower than that in control group(1.08±0.26 VS 2.31±1.26, t'=9.2692, P<0.05). TBIL in ICP group were much higher than that in control group (16.21±12.25 VS 8.27±2.81, t'=6.1251, P<0.05). Conclusion:1) It shows that age and week of pregnancy don't have relationship with ICP. 2) We can consider that Ox-LDL has no relationship with ICP and hoisting of anti-oxidation matter--bilirubin is the key reason of balanced ox-LDL in ICP group.3) We consider that LOX-1 participates in pathology and physiology of ICP.4) we confirm that disorder of blood fats exists in ICP and it participates in ICP course.
