| ObjectiveThe clinical observation on the method of acupuncture with the acupoint injection by patient's own blood for allergic rhinitisMethodsThe experiment consists of a test group and a'control group.65 patients were selected according to strict diagnosis standard, adopting norm and exclusion criterion, with 33 cases in test group(treated by acupuncture combined with injecting the patient's own blood into the acupoints) and 32 cases in control group (treated by acupuncture)ResultsPatients'symptoms score and signs score were recorded, staged and scored in both 2 groups (TestA and TestB). There are differences(p<0.05) of symptoms score, signs score, total score between the testA group and testB group before and after one treatment course. After treatment, there is difference between (p<0.05) the testA group and testB group. At the end of the treatment, the testA group had 27 patients resulting in good results,6 satisfactory results and 0 with no improvement at all, attaining an overall effectiveness of 100%. TestB group had 17 patients resulting in good results,13 were satisfactory and 2 with no improvement at all, attaining an overall effectiveness of 93.75%. The effectiveness and the significant efficiency of the testA group are better than testB group.Six months after treatment, the testA group had 17 patients maintaining good results,5 were satisfactory and 1 had no improvement, attainting an overall effectiveness of 95.65%. The testB group had 16 patients maintaining good results,4 were satisfactory and 3 had no improvement, attainting an overall effectiveness of 86.95%. The effectiveness and the significant efficiency of the testA group are better than testB group.Comparison of monthly average recurrence times:Six months after treatment, self-control groups before and after treatment, the difference(p <0.01) is highly statistically significant, suggest the number of relapse after treatment than before treatment, description of two treatment methods on the recurrence of allergic rhinitis have a certain control action. Comparison of the testA group after treatment and testB group after treatment, the difference(p<0.01) is highly statistically significant suggest the average number of monthly recurrence of the testA group lower than testB group.Summary, through this obvervation, clinical perennial allergic rhinitis on the basis of acupuncture with the effect of injecting blood meridian, can not only improve the curative effect, and can effectively reduce the level of patient's condition again. |
