Observation On The Curative Effect Of Different Acupoints Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis (Lung Qi Deficiency And Cold Type)

Objective: In order to provide an optimized and effective acupoints compatibility scheme for treating allergic rhinitis,this study has taken allergic rhinitis patients as the research object and discussed the different therapeutic effects between stimulating the compatibility of local-distal acupoints and the compatibility of local acupoints.Methods: This clinic research study uses a randomized controlled research method,72 patients with allergic rhinitis of lung Qi deficiency and cold type were divided into a compatibility of local-distal acupoints group and a compatibility of local acupoints group.The treatment will be performed once a day and 5 times a course of treatment.Rest for 2days after each course of treatment,4 consecutive courses of treatment.Follow-up was carried out one month after the end of treatment.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by Rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ),Total nasal symptom scores(TNSS),Total non-nasal symptoms scores(TNNSS)and nasal skin temperature,and the differences before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference between their age,gender,course of disease,and each score before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.RQLQ score: There were significant differences between the total RQLQ scores before and after treatment in both the patient groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep and eye symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in daily activities,non-nasal/eye symptoms,behavioral problems,nasal symptoms,emotion,and RQLQ total score(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,there was no difference in ocular symptoms and emotions between the two groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in daily activities,sleep,non-nasal/ocular symptoms,behavioral problems,nasal symptoms and RQLQ total score(P<0.05).3.TNSS score: There were significant differences between the total TNSS scores before and after treatment in both the patient groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the symptoms of runny nose between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in sneezing,nasal itching,nasal congestion,and TNSS total score(P<0.05).During the follow-up period,There was no significant difference in nasal itching and nasal congestion between the two groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in sneezing and TNSS total score(P<0.05).4.TNNSS score: There were significant differences between the total TNNSS scores before and after treatment in both the patient groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups of factors and TNNSS total score after treatment(P>0.05).During the follow-up period,there were no significant difference between the two groups of factors and TNNSS scores(P>0.05).5.Nasal skin temperature: There were significant differences in nasal skin temperature between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups of patients in nasal skin temperature after treatment(P<0.05).6.Overall effective rate: After treatment,the effective rate of local and distal acupoints compatibility group was 88.24%,and that of local acupoints compatibility group was78.79%.There were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).During the follow-up period,the effective rate of local and distal acupoints compatibility group was82.35%,and that of local compatibility group was 75.76%.There were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture in allergic rhinitis with the compatibility of local-distal acupoints and compatibility of local acupoints can improve the quality of allergic rhinitis patients’ life and nasal symptoms,but the effect of combination of local-distal acupoints group is significantly better than that of the combination of local acupoints group.As for the concomitant symptoms relief of nose,the two groups show the same.2.Acupuncture in allergic rhinitis with the compatibility of local-distal acupoints and compatibility of local acupoints can reduce temperature of allergic rhinitis patients’ nasal skin.But the effect of combination of local-distal acupoints group is significantly better than that of the combination of local acupoints group.
