ObjectiveTo research the apoptosis cells on adult gingival tissues of chronic periodontitis, and to explore the possible mechanisms of it.Method34 subjects were selected, the person who had diabete, systemic disease, endocrine system and aggressive periodontitis were exclude. All subject had not received periodontal therapy or taking antibiotics in 3 months. The persons without periodontial disease and the persons with periodontitis were 17 (PD≥4 mm,AD≥2mm)respectively.Expression and distribution of AIF and Bcl-2 in all subjects were detected by immune photoextinction. To analyse them with SPSS11.5 statistic software.Rank sum test was used to test all the difference.ResultThe expression of AIF and Bcl-2 in subjects of periodontitis located mainly in the epithelium all layer and lowerly in lamina propria were significantly more than the expression in the normal group which located in epithelial layer.ConclusionIn this experiment,we observed the expression and distribution of Bcl-2 and AIF in chronic adult periodentitis by immune photoextinction and pathological observed.Perliminary discussed the apoptosis approach in chronic periodentitis.
