Percutaneous Collation Nucleoplasty In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

ObjectiveTo compare the curative effect of Lumbar disc herniation with Percutaneous Collation nucleoplasty angioplasty and conservative treatment,and evaluate the clinical effect of Nucleus pulposus angioplasty for Lumbar disc herniation.MethodsObserver group: 21 cases of Lumbar disc herniation diagnosed by Physieal examination,CTseanning/whieh were and/orMR imaging,were treated with Nucleus pulposus angioplasty. compared group:79 cases with conservative treatment during the same period. The clinical outcome of all Patients were evaluated by patients's degree of satisfaction and patients visual analogue seales(VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores (JOA).ResultsThe rate of excellent and good results in observedgroup was90.47%,it was63.29%in compared group in which there was significant difference in theclinical effect (P<0.01). Between the two groups each index and recent follow-up after including treatment in patients with JOA score VAS score and no significant stastical difference (P > 0.01),but there was significant stastical difference between two groups in time of treatment, (P<0.01). The observation group before surgery before surgery, with surgery with 3 months after operation JOA VAS score, preoperative and postoperative scores have significant statistically significant difference (P < 0.01). The observation group without complications,.ConclusionThe successful rate of Percutaneous collation nucleoplasty in the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation precede that of The conservative treatment group.And Percutaneous collation nucleoplasty is better method for the treatment of Lumbar disc herniation because it has several advantages of minimal invasion,shorter time for recovery,Assured curative effects and safer . It is an more effective,safe treatment for Lumbar disc herniation than conservative treatment,but surgical indications must is strict mastered.
