The Clinical Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound Of Liyan Decoction In Treating Chronic Pharyngitis With The Pattern Of Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis

In this topic, we studied in order to observe the clinical efficacy on the traditional Chinese medicine compound of Liyan Decoction in treating chronic pharyngitis with the pattern of yin deficiency and blood stasis, made an evaluation of the effectiveness, and preliminaried analysis its mechanism, had a knowledge of the advantage in treating chronic pharyngitis with the pattern of yin deficiency and blood stasis, and accumulated several data for treating chronic pharyngitis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The study was carried out in three stages.1. According to the newest standard, the diagnostic standard, the absorb standard, the removal standard, the observation target, the mark standard and the appraisal standard were made.2. Choosing 120 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic pharyngitis with the pattern of yin deficiency and blood stasis, which were divided into two groups according to stochastic, comparing the non-blind method research the clinical trial method principle. The test group was treated with the compound of Liyan Decoction while the control group with the Xuanmaiganjie Blunt agent, and both groups were given treatment for 28 days. During the therapeutic period, the doctor observed and recorded the changes of all the patients, symptoms, signs and adverse reactions.3. We collected all the data, then settled down statistically and analyzed in the third stage.Results:1. The result displayed that the total effective rate of test group was 78.57%,while that of the control group was 57.89%,x2=8.629, P=0.035<0.05. These results revealed significant differences in both groups by the statistical treatment, and it implied on treating chronic pharyngitis with the pattern of yin deficiency and blood stasis aspect, the traditional Chinese medicine compound of Liyan Decoction was better than the Xuanmaiganjie Blunt agent. 2. We made a logistic regression analysis to the main factors associate with the curative effect, found that the age and the sex OR value respectively is 0.351 and 0.734, all is lower than 1.And the course of disease OR value is 1.466 and is higher than 1. According to that,we thought age and sex were not relative factors affecting curative effect in treating chronic pharyngitis. In contrast, the course of disease was the relative factor.Conclusion: This search displays it is a better curative effect to making use of the traditional Chinese medicine compound of Liyan Decoction curing chronic pharyngitis with the pattern of yin deficiency and blood stasis. It can better control symptoms and signs. It is worth to promote and further clinical research and development.
