Objective: Temporarily blocked by bilateral common carotid arteries in mice tail blood was prepared with an effective model of cerebral ischemia caused by VD. The treatment group compared with model group, the number of correct judgments increased significantly shorter shock. High dose group only shows a small amount of Caspase-3 activity in cells, significantly lower than model group and low dose group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), high dose group and nimodipine group Caspase-3 activity in hippocampus cells the number of the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Huazhuo jiedu, huoxue tongluo prescription can increase VD mice experiment platform and maze of experimental results, improving their cognitive function.2 Huazhuo jiedu, huoxue tongluo prescription can rise VD model in mouse serum content of Ach, with improving learning and memory functions.3 Huazhuo jiedu, promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction party suppresses expression of Caspase-3 in hippocampus in brain tissue of mice, reduced VD apoptosis of cerebral neurons in mice.4 Improve Ach contents in serum of mice, inhibition of expression of Caspase-3 in hippocampus in the brain may be dark, detoxification and huoxue tongluo prescription on the treatment of one of the mechanisms of VD model mice.
