Expression And Significance Of HSP70 And MDA In Serum Of Adult Severe OSAHS Patients

Objective: HSP70 and MDA contents were measured in the serum of adult severe OSAHS cases, compared before and after intervention (CPAP and HUPPP treatments and so on) severe OSAHS respectively with normal control group. Compared the severe OSAHS before and after intervention with the LSaO2,AHI,HSP70 and MDA contents whether have statistical significant difference. Correlation analysis among HSP70,MDA and AHI; Correlation analysis among HSP70,MDA and LSaO2. To discuss effects of OSAHS severity on HSP70 and MDA in serum;the effects of intervention on HSP70 and MDA in serum; HSP70 whether have extensive antioxidation in OSAHS.HSP70 and MDA whether can be as evaluation indicators.To better guide OSAHS diagnosis and therapy and prognosis evaluation .Methods: All selected cases undergone 7 hour polysomnography(PSG) with Aliceâ…£polysomnography device and their data were analyzed. There were 50 cases in normal control group, 50 patients were diagnosed severe OSAHS in experimental group. The venous blood samples were taken from 50 cases in normal fcontrol group and 50 cases in experimental group before and after intervention (6 months later) on empty stomach in the 7:30AM.The serum was obtained from centrifuged in all collected venous blood.The content of HSP70 was measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) .The content of MDA was measured with thiobarbituric acid(TBA) method. Respectively comparison among normal control group,before and after intervention severe OSAHS cases. Analyzed the correlation of HSP70,MDA and AHI,LSaO2. SPSS18.0 statistical software was used for all relevant data processing and analysis.Result: 1. Comparison HSP70 and MDA serum contents in normal control group with severe OSAHS cases.There were significantly lower than those in before intervention severe OSAHS cases. There were significantly lower than those in after intervention severe OSAHS cases.Both had a statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Comparison HSP70 and MDA serum contents in before intervention severe OSAHS cases were significantly higer than those in after intervention severe OSAHS cases. It had a statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison AHI in before intervention severe OSAHS cases were higher than those in after intervention severe OSAHS cases,It had a statistically significant(P<0.01).4. Comparison lowest oxygen saturation in before intervention severe OSAHS cases were lower than those in after intervention severe OSAHS cases,It had a statistically significant(P<0.01).5.Linear correlation and regression showed that HSP70 and MDA contents had positive correlation and statistically significant(P<0.01),HSP70 and MDA respectively with AHI had positive correlation and statistically significant(P<0.01), HSP70 and MDA respectively with LSaO2 had negative correlation and statistically significant(P<0.01)Conclusion: 1.The contents of HSP70 and MDA decreased remarkably and reduced oxidative stress and hypoxemia through effective treatment on OSAHS.2.HSP70 and MDA had linear relationship and positively correlation. HSP70 and MDA increased in accordance with severity of OSAHS.Both can be used as assessment of the severity of OSAHS patients and the efficacy of indicators after surgery.3.HSP70 maybe had extensive antioxidation function in OSAHS patients.4.Operation treatment and CPAP were effective treatments to reduce oxidative stress in OSAHS.
