TNF-α, IL-23 Expression And Their Significance In Colorectal Polyps And Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To investigate TNF-α,IL-23 expression and their significance in colorectal polyps and colorectal cancerMethods:The expression levels of (?) TNF-α,IL-23 (?) in 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa,30 cases of colorectal adenoma polyps,30 cases of colorectal inflammatory polyps and 30 cases of colorectal cancer were detected by Immunohistochemistry.Results:TNF-α,IL-23 levels were significantly different in the colorectal cancer tissue, in the adenoma tissue,in the colorectal inflammatory polyps tissue,and in normal mucoustissue (P<0.05).Conclusions:TNF-α,IL-23 can be found more in colorectal cancer development.
