| Objective: Considering deficiency of the spleen-yang and kidney-yang is the key pathogenesis of Ischemic Stroke Recovery Phase, we use the method of wenshen-jianpi to treat this disease in this study.The effect is observed in clinic.Methods: 60 cases are divided into 2 groups at random,30 cases in treatment group(traditional chinese medicine and western medicine therapy), and 30 cases in control group(western medicine therapy). Neurologic deficits points , traditional chinese medicine syndromes,daily living skills were detected before and after treatment. Results: There is significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in Neurologic deficits points , traditional chinese medicine syndromes and daily living skills (P<0.01). Conclusion: The effect of treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving Neurologic deficits points , traditional chinese medicine syndromes and daily living skills. The method of wenshen-jianpi is a good way to treat this disease. |
