Clincial Research On Treatmeat Of Ischemic Stroke Recovery Phase With The Method Of Jianpi Yishen Tongluo

Objective: Explore the effect of Jianpi Yishen Tongluo therapy in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery period of theoretical basis, to observe the Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of ischemic stroke recovery(spleen and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis obstructing collaterals syndrome is an effective and safe.Methods:This experiment using randomized, open, placebo-controlled studies, will meet the inclusion criteria of ischemic stroke patients in recovery stage 64 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in the control group, giving the basis of routine therapy, treatment group(32 cases), given routine treatment and invigorating the spleen,tonifying kidney and dredging collaterals recipe. Two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment in patients with neurological impairment score, daily life ability score, TCM syndrome score and observe the blood lipid, fibrinogen, blood rheology changes.Results:1.In the clinical curative effect: the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.54%, significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%), with significant difference(P < 0.05); in terms of TCM syndrome curative effect: treatment group total effective rate was 90.32%, significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%), with significant difference(P < 0.05); after treatment in the nerve function defection and damage degree of improvement, improve the ability of daily life of degree, TCM syndrome and monomial symptom improvement, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).2.Observation index: in blood lipid, fibrinogen, blood rheology, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Yishen Tongluo Decoction on ischemic stroke recovery period patients have good therapeutic effect, can improve the patient's clinical symptoms, promote the recovery of neural function, improve the quality of life, reduce the rate of disability; and in a certain extent, regulating blood fat and decreased the level of fibrinogen, improve blood rheology; after treatment, no significant adverse reactions, can promote in clinical.
