Oral Ultrasonic Contrast Agent Applied In Quantitative Diagnosis Of Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To investigate clinical value of oral ultrasonic contrast agent applied in quantitative diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. Methods 100 patients with gastric carcinoma (GC) proved by gastroscope underwent preoperative oral ultrasonic contrast agent ultrasonography and were enrolled in this study, all the patients had received the ultrasonographic examination a week before gastrectomy.On the day of inspection,the patient should be fasted,and then drank about 500-600ml oral ultrasonic contrast agent five minutes before received the ultrasonographic examination .After the outline of stomach was displayed ,then we found the part of lesions and observed it importantly. First determine the lesion site and then measure the range and the thickness, pathological lesions on line ends breaking mucosa, the maximum range for lesions in the mucosa uplift values within the scope of lesions and the deepest tumor invasion of stomach for maximum thickness lesions. Then in the lesion site observed under real-time dynamic changes, the hierarchical structure of stomach ulcers mainly observed the existence, without interruption or thickening, with around. Choose the best 2d image analysis lesions infiltration depth. Then for stomach viscera and lymph nodes, observe whether scanning to invade surrounding organs, distant metastasis, and lymph node metastasis. If found, observe the lymph morphological structure, size and number of records. Comprehensive information on all ultrasound TNM staging judgment lesion.ultrasonographic examination comparatively with pathological diagnosis operation. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the eroded depth in the four stages, T1 to T4 was 50.0%, 73.3%, 83.0% and 76.9% respectively, and the total rate was 78.0%. In the judging the stage T of gastric carcinoma, ultrasonographic examination was correlative with pathologic judgment(X2=1.159,P﹤0.05, k=0.65). The coincidence rate of infiltrative range (distance of the stomach wall from ntima to serosa) less or larger than 70mm and diffuse infiltrative was 78.79%,57.69%and 100% respectively. Judgment of the lymph node metastasis sensitivity was 75%, specificity was 65%, and the total coincidence rate was 73.0%.Conclusion QD ultrasonography provides important basis for dividing different phases of cases with GC before operation. It has certain clinical guiding effects in method of treatment and surgical excision way.
