Research PurposesThis study knew the basic conditions of the transfusion related medical personnel, application and approval of blood, as well as the blood transfusion adverse reaction management and processing in Wuhan, Beijing and Chengdu. Through the condition analysis on domestic reporting system of blood transfusion adverse reactions, the article points out the main problems of reporting system of blood transfusion adverse reactions to provide the reference to improve the reporting system of blood transfusion adverse reactions in China.Research MethodsThis study has used methods which including literature research, scene research and consultation of specialists. Make research about the transfusion related medical personnel in Wuhan, Beijing and Chengdu. And then input and coordinate the data collected, use the Epidate 3.0 and SPSS 15.0 to do statistical analysis and do descriptive analysis of the results. And using chi-spuare to analyze different factors to affect the results of investigation.Results1. The cognitive situation of the transfusion related medical personnelMost medical personnel think that the main functions of reporting system of blood transfusion adverse reactions are providing information and preventing blood transfusions adverse reaction, and the percentages are 56.86% and 75.82%; Almost medical personnel take cautious attitude on the blood transfusion indications, nearly 90 percent of the people think that blood transfusion can be applied as long as all or part of the indications fit it; Medical personnel consider that allergic and fever are common blood transfusion adverse reactions; 97.06% up the medical staff think that it is necessary to establish blood warning system.2. Relevant management situationMost people consider that blood transfusion can only be applied by medical personnel with the intermediate title or above. 66.01 percent of the people think that it is unnecessary to get the approval for blood transfusion; Almost medical personnel only report to blood transfusion management department or write it in medical record. The reasons of blood transfusion adverse reactions can not be reported are the lack of standard reporting system and busying work. It is high time to adopt compulsory measures to improve reporting; 39.54 percent of the medical personnel don't have the transfusion training ever. And they require training on knowledge of transfusion, a new management system and the new reporting system. Half of people consider that the communication obstacles between hospital and blood stations and lack of relevant laws are the biggest obstacle on establishing blood warning system.3. Blood transfusion adverse reaction conditions50% up the people point out that mistakes are often made on the steps of matches, cross experiment and taking and dispatching.
