[Objective]To investigate the baseline data of children blood transfusion adverse reactions ,and to compared with the adult patients. To get the characteristics of children's blood transfusion adverse reactions and related influencing factors, and to provide reference for prevention and control of children's blood transfusion adverse reactions.[Methods]1?This was a retrospective analysis study in a tertiary children hospitals in Kunming, involving 30 518 children recipients from January 2009 to December 2014.To investigate the baseline data of children's blood transfusion adverse reactions, and the factors influencing the adverse reactions of children's blood transfusion .2?The second part was the comparison methods, The data of blood transfusion reactions of children and adults in two tertiary hospitals in Kunming were collected and analyzed. The differences of adverse reactions between children and adults and the characteristics of children's blood transfusion reactions were analyzed.[Results]1?Among the 30518 children who were surveyed, the incidence of adverse blood transfusion was 0.54%, the allergic reaction accounted for 79% (131/166),non-hemolytic fever was 13% (21/166).The incidence of blood transfusion caused by different blood components were different:Single platelets 1.98% (74/3 743),plasma 0.41% (55/13 132), erythrocytes 0.27% (37/13 480); The incidence of adverse blood transfusion in children was not related to gender; But the incidence was higher in children over 1 years old than in children aged 0?1 (P <0.05);The incidence of blood transfusion was significantly higher in children with 3 or more blood transfusions than in other patients (P <0.05);The incidence was significantly higher in children with hematological malignancies, kidney and rheumatoid immunopathy than other wards(P<0.05).2?Investigation of the crowd 0?18 years old children 30518 person-time,18 to 85 years old adult 28650 people. The incidence of adverse blood transfusion in children was 1.86 times (0.54% / 0.29%) of adults, obviously higher than that of adults (P <0.05);The incidence in children with single platelets was significantly higher than that in adults (P <0.05),while the red blood cells and plasma quite;Adverse reactions in children, allergic reactions accounted for 79%,the incidence of allergic reactions is 2.26 times that of adults (0.43% / 0.19%).[Conclusion]1?The incidence of adverse blood transfusion in children is higher ,mainly manifested as allergic reaction; platelet is the most likely to cause blood transfusion reaction of blood components; Age, blood transfusion history, ward or disease, blood components and other factors are closely related to the incidence of adverse blood transfusion; moreover blood component affects the type of adverse transfusion reactions.2?The incidence of adverse blood transfusion in children was higher than that in adults. Single platelets are most likely to lead to adverse reaction in children,we should strictly control the infusion indications, decides on balance. On the basis of the characteristics of adverse reactions in children ,Pediatrician in the development of prevention and control of blood transfusion adverse reactions should take full account of children's age, blood transfusion history, disease, blood component and other factors. Will be allergic to the skin signs,Non-hemolytic fever reaction, circulating overload and other adverse reactions of early symptoms and signs, as a pediatric blood transfusion monitoring indicators. To effectively identify the early adverse reactions, minimizing damage to children of blood transfusion .
