The Clinical Study Of Shen Qi Guchong Decotion In Treating Hemorrhagic Period Of Juvinilc Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective: To explore systematically the effect and the hemostasis principle of Shen-Qi-Gu-Chong-tang in treating Hemorrhagic Period of juvinile anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi Deficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 30 cases of the treatment group using shenqi guchong tang ,while 30 cases of the control group using weixuening Granule.To observe the changes hemostatic effect, the improvements of clinical symptoms, the thickness of endometrium , and the changes of prothrombm time(PT) activatedpartial prothrombm time(APTT) and NO. Results: The hemoistatic effect of treament group is 93.33%,and 60% in control group,there is significant difference between them(P<0.01);the single symptoms score of the clinical symptoms are difference between them(P<0.05); The decrease of the thickness of endometrium,the shorting of PT and APTT,the decrease of NO evel of blood serum in treatment group are significant difference between pretreatment and post-treatment (P<0.01) , the difference is also significant compared with control group(P<0.01); Conclusion:Shen-Qi-Gu-Chong-tang is an effective recipe in treating hemorrhagic period of juvinile anovulatory dysfunctional bleeding with Qi Deficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome ,The effect may be achieved through the decrease of the thickness of endometrium, the operation of promoting the uterine contractility, the blood coagulation system and the regulate the active substances of uterus.
