The Initial Study Of Bushen-Shugan Therapy To Improve The Embryo Implantation Rate Of Invitro Fertilization And Embryo Transfer By Ameliorating Resistance Index Of Theca Blood

Objective: Through the research method of the Bushen -Shugan Therapy infertility patients were done in vitro fertilization (IVF) Resistance index of Theca blood impacts and fuses with the Embryo implantation, this paper discusses the relationship between the Bushen -ShuganTherapy and Embryo implantation the influencing mechanism. Methods: Clinical Study: Sixty infertile patients with tubal obstruction undergoing IVF-ET were divided into two groups at random, 30 cases in the test group treated with acupuncture and western medicine, and 30 cases in the control group treated only by western medicine. The differences of improvement of kidney deficiency and liver depressed syndrome, Guide resistance index of theca blood impacts and the embryo implantation, scores of SAS,SDS,accounts of harvested oocytes, high-quality oocyte rate, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate and pregnancy rate . Correlation test was proceeded between the levels of resistance index oftheca blood and accounts of harvested oocytes, high-quality oocyte rate, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate, the embryo implantatioand pregnancy rate . Correlation analysis was also made for the level resistance index of theca blood and patients ' age,Course of Infertility disease and some other related-cases.Results: 1. Compared with the control group, the experimental group had obvious improvement of kidney deficiency and liver depressed syndrome,scores of SAS,SDS, high-quality oocyte rate, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate and pregnancy rate .;pregnancy rate is also better than thethe control group,but there is no statistical differences. 2. Resistance index of Theca blood were decreased greatly. 3. The levels of resistance index of theca blood were correlated positively with SAS.SDS high-quality oocyte rate, fertilization rate, cleavage rate, good embryo rate and embryo implantation are obvious negative correlation.There is no statistical differences between level resistance index of theca blood , patients ' age,course of Infertility disease and some other related-cases.Conclusion:The acupuncture has preferable efficacy on improving the embryo implantation rate of Invitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer ,the effective mechanism may be due to improving the Negative psychological state of the patients,reducing the excitability of the sympathetic nervous system and the vasoconstriction..
