The Clinical Research Of YiQiTongLuoTang In Interfering The Ankle-Brachial Index Of Diabetic Arterial Occlusion Of Lower Extremities

Objective:By the clinical research of YiQiTongLuoTang in interfering the Ankle-Brachial Index of Diabetic Arterial Occlusion of Lower Extremities (DAO),to explore the early treatment and effection of DAO and reduce the incidence rate of diabatic gangrene and amputation. Methods:60 patients who suffered from DAO were randomly divided into two groups including the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given YiQiTongLuoTang,while the control group was given TangMaiKang granule.4 months later,we observed the change of ankle-brachia Index,clinical symptom,blood-fat index,fibrinogen between the treatment group and the control group.Results:The two groups′ankle-brachia Index, clinical symptom,blood-fat index,fibrinogen were obviously improved. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05)and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group. Clinical trial period no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions:YiQiTongLuoTang can improve the level of ankle-brachia Index of DAO and the clinical symptom of patients, reach the effect of early prophylaxis and treatmen to DAO,and reduce the incidence rate of diabatic gangrene and amputation.
