Clinical Observation On The Mechanism Of Action That Mai-Su Powder Treated DAO

It is considered that the vascular diseases of lower extremities accompany with type 2 diabetes mellitus are associated with the dysfunction of vascular endothelial cell(VEC) and lipid metabolic disorder,at present.According to the clinical observation on the change of the vascular tension factors as endothelin(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),thromboxanB₂ (TXB₂),6-Ketone-ProstaglandinF_1α(6-Keto-PGF_1α)and blood-fat,the effect and the mechanism of action that Mai-Su Powder treats the patients of DAO is investigated.Based on the standard for selection of the case,the clinical research determines the vascular tension factors and blood-fat index of all the patients and the different stages in all research objects,as well as sets up the simple diabetic group and healthy control group.The result reveals the level of ET-1,TXB₂ in DAO is higher than Diabetes Mellitus and the control group, but the level of NO,6-Keto-PGF_1α is lower.On the blood-fat index of the patient,the level of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL) of DAO is higher than the control group,but the level of high density lipoprotein(HDL) is lower.When Mai-Su Powder treated DAO 2 months,it could been found that in the patients of the treating group,the level of ET-1,TXB₂ descended obviously and NO,6-Keto-PGF1αheightened,the level of TC,LDL declined and HDL ascended,the treating group was more effective than control group,then Mai-Su powder was more effective to the syndrome of blood stasis than pathogenic dampness-heat attacking the lower limb.After the patients were treated in 2 months with Mai-Su powder,the change of every index was more evident than that in 1 month.This research showed:there was a close relationship between the vascular tension factors,blood-fat index and DAO,Mai-Su Powder was fairly effective to DAO.
