Objective:The popuse of our study is to analyse the relevance between ABI and Familiar Syndrome Differentiation of TCM in Patients with DAO, by viewing the difference of ABI and the difference of other indexes bentween patients with DAO and healthy people. Method:According to TCM syndrome, there are blood stasis and pathogenic dampness-heat types in patients with DAO.We randomed sample 20 healthy people as the control group,50 blood stasis patients, and 50 pathogenic dampness-heat patients. We collect their general information, detect their ABI and other indexes, and analyse and compare the diference of the two types and the difference between them and the control group in ABI. Then carry on statistics analysis to the observation target. Result: The study shows that ABI of the two type patients with DAO was lower than the control group with a very significant difference (p<0.01), and that ABI of pathogenic dampness-heat type was very significantly lower than blood stasis (p<0.01); Conclusion: It is ABI that is provided one of significant objective basis of Familiar Syndrome Differentiation of TCM in Patients with DAO.
