| Objective To compare populations hepatitis B group with non-hepatitis B group the incidence of gallbladder cholesterol polyps, and then explore the hepatitis B with or without cholesterol polyps and whether hepatitis B-related groups are prone to gallbladder cholesterol polyps and surgical indications.Methods Collection of Ningxia Medical University Hospital in January 2002 -2,009 year in July between B-us diagnosed as gallbladder polyps (or gallbladder elevated lesions) of hepatitis B patients with gallbladder polyps of patients with non-hepatitis B cases of data (record its general information, results of clinical manifestations and pathological), and clinical data of two groups for statistical analysis.Results Pathological findings showed that hepatitis B group of patients have gallbladder cholesterol polyps 86 cases ,non-gallbladder cholesterol polyps 14 cases. Non-hepatitis B group patients with gallbladder polyps appear 57cases with gallbladder cholesterol polyps ,43 cases patients are non-gallbladder cholesterol polyps. Hepatitis B and non-hepatitis B patients with gallbladder polyps incidence in the cholesterol polyps, there is statistical difference (χ~2 = 20.64 P <0.05). In the age, sex, clinical symptoms and signs, and gallbladder polyp size, quantity and weight and lipid profile, by statistical comparison shows no significant difference between two groups of patients.Conclusion The data on the patients were retrospectively analyzed: 1) the certain relativity Hepatitis B with the gallbladder cholesterol polyps nature ; 2) Hepatitis B may be an importantly occurrence factor of gall bladder cholesterol polyp; 3) the operation should be prudent for the gallbladder polyps patients with Hepatitis B. |
