Study On Preparation And Quality Standard Of Liu Hedan Cataplasm

Pyocutaneous disease is clinically common and frequently occurring disease, including all of the oncotic ulcer and canker, such as superficial infection, furunculosis, crewels and so on. Cataplasm has some good quality, suchasiter-use, carrying a big dosage, so it has more prospects in clinical application. Liu Hedan Cataplasm is made up of the rhubarb, phellodendri, cortex, common bletilla tuber, mint leaves, Angelica dahurica, fructus mume, which is to treat all of the pyocutaneous yang syndromec (the symptom of the red, swelling, ache, fever) clinically. This text is in order to provid a safe , convenient Traditional Chinese Medicine external preparation, and to explore the rationality of the application of cataplasm through the research of Liu Hedan Cataplasm.By orthogonal test, use the darchen and chrysophanol in the principal drug--- rhubarb as the assaying index, optimize the best technology of heating-backstreaming extract. Finally ,the best extract technology is: shatter the rhubarb, Amur Cork-tree , Dahurian Angelica Root and extract with 60% ethanol in 8 times of volume, the time is one hour every time.Then merging the gruffs and common bletilla tube,Smoked Plum,Peppermint,douse the mixture 40 minutes with 10 times water. Boil it with a conflagration and then decoct it with slow fire twice, merge the fluid that is decocted with water and ethanol after filtration, at last condense the fluid into extracta sicca whose relative density is 1.2～1.3.Optimize the matrix of Liu Hedan Cataplasm and modeling technique by orthogonal design. Use PAAS, gelatin, CMC-Na, PVP-K30, Gaolintu , glycerin, PEG-400 as the factor, the dosage as the level, and use the viscous force, appearance( homogeneity ,malleability and etc)as the main investigated index , and then give the score of the cataplasm. Finally, the best matrix is A3B3C3D1E3F1: PAAS:gelatin:CMC-Na:Gaolintu:PVP-K30:moisturizers =2:3.6:1:0.3:5:6.In the research of quality standard, identificate Rhubarb and Amur Cork-tree in the preparation by the method of thin-layer chromatography ; assay chrysophanol and archen by the method of high performance liquid chromatography; carry out the study of methodology. The result show: qualitation identification and specificity is good; the assaying method is accurate and reproducibility is all right.This quality standard can control the quality of Liu Hedan Cataplasm. This cataplasm's technology is reasonable, the quality can be controlled.
