Objective : To investigated the Relationship of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG),unconjugated estriol (uE3),and fetal umbilical artery in pregnancy women with Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancyand their clinical valueMethods :To select 79 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy ( 36 cases of gestational hypertension, 16 cases of mildpreeclampsia and 27 cases of severpreeclampsia) and 80 cases of normal pregnancy, measuring the Serum levels ofβ-hCG,uE3 by Radio Immunoassay ,measuring The blood flow velocity of fetal umbilical artery with color Doppler utrasonography, and S/D,P I,RI were examined. Results:the Serum levels ofβ-hCG of HDCP group isobviously higher than the control group. The difference of two groups is significance in statistics(p<0.05). The difference is no significance in statistics between control group with gestational hypertension patients(p>0.05). The difference is significance in statistics between normal pregnancy ,gestational hypertension patients with preeclampsism patients(p<0.05). the Serum levels ofβ-hCG gradually increased following the aggravation of the patient's condition of HDCP(p<0.05).the Serum levels of uE3 of HDCP group is obviously lower than the control group. The difference of two groups is significance in statistics(p<0.05). The difference is no significance in statistics between control group with gestational hypertension patients and mildpreeclampsism patients(p>0.05). The difference is significance in statistics between severpreeclampsia group with mildpreeclampsia eclampsism patients, gestational hypertension patients and contorl group(p<0.05). In normal pregnancy, the Serum levels of uE3 was correlated with gestational weeks as gestational weeks proceeded, the Serum levels ofβ-hCG was negatively correlated with gestational weeks,The difference is no significance in statistics(p<0.05). the Serum levels ofβ-hCG was negatively correlated with the Serum levels of uE3 in severpreeclampsia group(p<0.05),There was no correlation between mildpreeclampsia eclampsism patients, gestational hypertension patients and contorl group(p)0.05). The S/D, P I, R I of fetal umbilical artery in HDCP were higher than those of control group. Conclusion:the Serum levels ofβ-hCG in pregnancy women may be used as the marker in the screening, diagnosis of HDCP and may help to judge the severity of HDCP. the Serum levels of uE3 in HDCP patients can not reflect the severity of HDCP ,but can reflect placental function. to study the fetal umbilical arteryblood flow is very important in evaluating placenta and in calculating foetus. measuring the Serum levels ofβ-hCG,uE3 and The blood flow velocity of fetal umbilical artery is helpful to evaluating and icalculating placental function ,and has practical value to the prevention and treatment of HDCP.
