Chemotherapy Sensitivity Test Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer And Its Clinical Value

Objects:To study the Sensitivity of NSCLC primary tumor cells to eight kinds of chemotherapy drugs used clinically and analyse the pathological types and lymph node metastasis in order to guide the using of clinical chemotherapy drugs.Materials and methods:Selecting eight kinds of chemotherapy drugs commonly used in NSCLC and carrying out the chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity test to solid tumor specimens of 31 cases of NSCLC patients (all confirmed by pathology) using ATP-TCA methods,after that,analysing whether the chemotherapy drugs sensitivity,pathological types and lymph node metastasis was related and concluding ultimately.Results:The assessment rate of ATP-TCA method for specimen obtained from NSCLC was 100%,the lethal effect of chemotherapy drugs to NSCLC was strongly individual.The sensitivity of 8 kinds of chemotherapy drugs was in the order of EPI(45.2%)>IFO(41.9%)> GEM(35.5%)>NVB(19.4%)>DDP(9.7%)>CBP(6.5%)>VP-16(3.2%)=TAT(3.2%),meanwhile, the chemotherapy drugs sensitivity of 17 cases of squamous cell carcinoma patients was in order of IFO(41.1%)=GEM(41.1%)>EPI(35.3%)>NVB(5.8%)=DDP(5.8%)=CBP(5.8%)=TAT (5.8%)>VP-16(0%) and the chemotherapy drugs sensitivity of 14cases of adenocarcinoma patientswasinorder of EPI(57.1%)>IFO(42.8%)>NVB(35.7%)> GEM(28.6%)>DDP(14.3%)> CBP(7.1%)=VP-16(7.1%)>TAT(0%).The different pathological types and lymph node metastasis has no obvious impact on the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs (P>0.05).Conclusions:Chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity test was feasible and necessary for the patients of NSCLC and has its practical guidance for clinical individual chemotherapy.
