Anoectochilus roxburghii (A. roxburghii) is one of the original plants of the precious natural drugs called'King Medicine'and'golden grass'in China. It has the effects of clearing heat and detoxification, expelling wind and removing damness. High performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spertrometry(HPLC/ESI/MS) method was developed for simultaneous identification and determination huperzineA and aconitine. The contents of Oleanolic acid, Ursolic acid, Ergosterol, Stigmasterol and Sitosterol in A. roxburghii were simultaneously determined by RP-HPLC. HPLC was developed for simultaneous quantitative rutin, luteolin and apigenin from the extracts of A. roxburghii. These investigations would provide the theoretic basis for further study the applications of A.roxburghii in clinical research. This thesis includes four parts as follows:Partâ… :Traditional method for alkaloids isolation was adopted. The raw material was infiltrated in ammonia water .HuperzineA and aconitine were extracted by chloroform, then a simple high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-mass spertrometry(HPLC/ESI/MS) method was developed for simultaneous identification and determination these two compounds.Partâ…¡:The extraction was performed by using ultrasound-microwave combined extraction condition was optimized by using orthogonal test, the contents of Oleanolic acid, Ursolic acid, Ergosterol, Stigmasterol, and -Sitosterol in Anoectochilu roxburghii(Wall)Lindl were determined by RP-HPLC.Partâ…¢:A.roxburghii powder extracted using ultrasonic extraction method, then, established A.roxburghii in Rutin, Luteolin, Apigenin of HPLC Assay.Partâ…£:A review of research on chemical constituents and pharmacological from Anoectochilu roxburghii(Wall)Lindl.
