Objective evaluate the liver and kidney effect of Itraconazole intravenous solution in treatment of Invasive Pulmonary Fungal Infection. Methods Collect the Invasive Pulmonary Fungal Infection cases which treated with Itraconazole intravenous solution three or more days, and observe the liver and kidney function variance between pre-drug and post-drug.Sixty-two cases were enrolled. Results Thirty-one patients got liver damage during treatment, the patients with liver function abnormalities before itraconazole treatment were easier to suffer from liver damage during itraconazole treatmen(tχ2 =5.25,p<0.05). Howerer,in all the thirty-one cases, only two cases were likely associated with itraconazole, fifteen cases were probable. Six patients got kidney damage during treatment, and there were no variance between the patients whose kidney function were normal or abnormal before treatment. And in all the six cases, only one case was likely associated with itraconazole, three were probable. Conclusion IPFI patients in ICU treated with itraconazole have high safety of liver and kidney, but their liver and kidney function must be tested on schedule. The patients whose liver and kidney function is damaged must be treated in time.
