Objective:To study the clinical significance of D-dimer in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis. Methods:Determined 100 cases who are considered for patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis by immune turbidimetry in the D-dimer levels tested, using statistical methods, and indicators as a critical diagnostic test evaluation standards. Results: Comparison of the normal control group with deep vein thrombosis team found that two D-dimer were significantly different。The plasma D-dimer 500ng/ml as deep venous thrombosis determine the l critical standards,D-dimer on the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in the diagnostic evaluation is as follows: sensitivity 100%, specificity 85%, negative predictive value 100%, diagnostic accuracy was 85%.Conclusion :Determination of D-dimer as a screening test of choice for excluding DVT.
