Objective To analyze two endoscopic surgery techniques on the morphology of prostatic tissue characteristics based on the principle of different physical and chemical in the 2μm laser and bipolar plasma vaporization technique, and study the histologic appearance in different methods, and compare the therapeutic effects of two endoscopic surgery techniques, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of clinical pathology and optimize the choice of clinical surgery. Methods 36 cases with the clinical diagnosis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and bipolar with 2μm laser vaporization plasma treatment and surgery after prostate tissues were collected from Xiangya Medical College Hospital, Urology, Haikou, from September 2008 to December 2009. Application of HE stained histological.30 charts were randomly collected from pathology specimens under the microscope analyzer pathological specimens. Using Image-Pro Plus 6.0, the pathological specimens were analyzed normal area, necrotic area and the degeneration area; each patient was examined by three-dimensional B-transrectal prostate before and after surgery, prostate surgery specimens were collected and weighed with scale, calculate the rate of vaporization of prostate tissue. To compare the resection time, the interoperative bleeding volume, catheterization time and bladder washing time of two endoscopic surgery techniques.Results1. There was no differences between Bipolar plasma vaporization technique and 2μm laser surgery in specimens degeneration area (P>0.05).The necrotic area was significantly larger, the normal area was significantly smaller, and the lesion area was significantly larger in 2μm laser surgery (P<0.05).2. Compared with Bipolar plasma vaporization technique,2μm laser vaporization rate was significantly higher (P<0.05).3. The resection time was longer for 2μm laser surgery than PKRP (P< 0.05), but the interoperative bleeding volume, catheterization time and bladder washing time were less in 2μm laser surgery than PKRP(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The 2μm laser way makes more effect on clinical pathological diagnose, compared with Bipolar plasma vaporization technique.2. Both 2μm laser and Bipolar plasma vaporization technique have their own advantages clinically.
