With the efforts for many years, great achievements have been made for the education Information resources in universities . And we have developed a large number of network course and Multi-media Teaching Resources and laid a good foundation to promote the Undergraduate teaching reform under educational technology. But a number of problems are exposed in the process of the application of these information resources. Among them, the biggest problem is that educational technology is so only used for improving traditional classroom teaching that a large number of information resources are made by a number of human, financial ,and not fully adequate and effectively used, especially online teaching resources due to limitations of teaching hours and space .And the uneven echnical capacity of teacher's educational technology and student's information literacy leads directly to the low performance of education information.Therefore, it is necessary for further study that based on the hardware and software environment how we can achieve effective integration and complementary for traditional classroom teaching and online teaching by combining the reality of the traditional teaching environment and the virtual learning environment created by information technology, probe the new course design under information technology environment by using multiple learning and teaching methods for course features and personality differences of learner ,further strengthen the training of teacher's educational technology and student's information literacy ,and then effectively promote teaching effectiveness and the quality of teaching of the Military Medical University, and train the modern military medical personnel to demand for good professional quality , information literacy,and creative thinking skills and lifelong learning of the information age.With the help of literature, action research, interviews, questionnaires, statistical analysis and other methods,relevant issues of the effective integration of medical undergraduate for learning and teaching methods are studied.Study the origin and evolution history of the effective integration of medical undergraduate for learning and teaching methods in accordance with domestic and international order. We detailed in its status quo for abroad through the characteristics of the reform of learning and teaching methods"are carrying out the reform for methods of learning and teaching under the conditions of information technology","focus on innovation and problem solving","use modern educational technology","pay attention to discussions, exchanges and collaborative learning","emphasiz personality development";The element method is carried out and analysised for the development of the effective integration for learning and teaching methods. We presented the content of multiple ways of learning and teaching through exploring the content of information technology and the challenges of education reform and analying related concepts of the "teaching methods", "learning method ","teaching method "," teaching mode "and so on .After a succession of studies at home and abroad ,we make a basic framework about effective integration into medical teaching for learning and teaching ,according to "the First Principles of Instruction", "the multiple intelligence theory," "constructivism theory"," the principle of instructional system design", "three-dimensional object classification" , and unified the content of teaching and learning method at home and abroad and specific ways to effective integration into teaching .It provides learning and teaching for theoretical guidance and specific operability ,enriches and developes the system of military technical education, and expands the applications of new ways for learning and teaching.First of all, we must standardize, integrate teaching resources, and complete the absence or lack of resources. Then teachers and students are trained in accordance with the training programs after exchanging about current situation of student's information literacy and teacher's educational technology.Basded on the principle of instructional system design, theory of multiple intelligences, First Principles and constructivism theory, Using successive approximation, and gradually more specific logic we put forward that"the total design frame of multiple learning and teaching methods about cours"→process design of multiple learning and teaching methods about course units (or chapters)"→"the model construction of learning and teaching methods about course knowledge point"and"plural evaluation system". It can provide the reference for appropriate curriculum design practice. According to the design framework, we design the course of Histology and Embryology", make a pilot study through actual classroom teaching ,and get a good results of the implementation after a lot of statistical analysis. We hope to explore feasible ways which are suitable for college courses about multiple learning and teaching methord under the information technology , and improve teaching quality and optimize teaching.In short, this is the first proposed that design and application of multiple learning and teaching methord are used in undergraduate medical education, and it fills the blank of domestic research. We select a characteristic Medical Course " Histology and Embryology " as a teaching experiment course. The experiment is carried out from the angle of view and ways of Histology and Embryology"present situation--Resource specification and integration--teacher's educational technology and student's information literacy training--design of learning and teaching methods--classroom teaching experiments--performance evaluation--feedback--modification"and makes a good results. It provides a reference methods and typical cases for inspection of the results into the daily behavior of teachers, really comes into the classroom for multiple learning and teaching methods supported by information technology, and solves applications problems for teachers. It improves a new teaching method form a small range of "experimental stage " to "application stage", and is really applied in their daily teaching practice and produces the necessary performance. The research provides reference methods and typical cases for the implementation, riches and develops the system of military educational technology .
