The paper starts from the21st century health service talented person’s demandcharacteristics and the details of pluralistic "learning and teaching" under the informationtechnology environment. By knowing and analyzing the nature and goals and the existingteaching mode and the learners’ cognitive style of Military medical courses. To explore theteaching activities prototype accords with Military medical courses. In order to prove theeffectiveness of the prototype, we choose the Military hygiene as the case of research andcarry out research about the prototype. Argue the result of research after collecting andtrimming and analyzing the data. The goal of research is that provide an effective teachingideas for the developing of military medical courses in information technology environment.The paper has five parts. The first part is that states backgrounds and current researchstatus of the topic and points out the necessities of reforming the teaching methodsthrough researching and analyzing the related literature and teaching present situation. Thesecond part is that states the main content and theoretical foundation and methods ofresearch. The third part, first of all, illustrates the research object and thought of the studyand measuring methods. Secondly, illustrates the component of prototype. Finally,introduce research process based on the prototype. The fourth part mainly discusses theresults of the research by analyzing the data, confirm the "information technologyenvironment of pluralistic learning and teaching methods "is a feasible thought of theteaching reform for military medical. The fifth part is a brief summary on the practicalsubject study, points out the limitation of subject study and problems in the researchprocess and looks ahead to the subsequent research direction and way of thinking.
