Clinical Study Of Hemorheology On Ziyin Jianghuo Method For Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective:Observe clinical effect of the treatment of Ziyin Jianghuo method for liver and kidney-yin deficiency of perimenopausal syndrome and explore its mechanism.Methods:45 cases of patients of liver and kidney-yin deficiency of perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group of 30 cases were treated with the Chinese medicine of Ziyin Jianghuo method, the control group of 15 cases were treated with Kuntai capsule.4 weeks was a treatment course and observe two courses;the two groups were observed before and after administration of the main symptoms to improve the situation, level change of hemorheology and serum E2, FSH, LH. To anlyse the effect of Chinesr medicine and its safety.Results:Treatment group and control group both can improve their clinica syndromes,treatment group:cure rate was 13.33 percents, markedly effective rate was 43.33 percents, efficiency was 40 percents, inefficiency was 3.33 percents, the total effective rate was 96.67 percents;control group: cure rate was 6.67 percents, markedly effective rate was 20 percents, efficiency was 46.67 percents, inefficiency was 26.67 percents, the total effective rate was 73.33 percents.Through cheeckout,P<0.05,the result is that the efficacy of improving their clinica syndromes the treatment group was superior to the control group.The two groups can improve the symptom of hectic fever and sweat:treatment group:the total effective rate was 96.67 percents; control group:the total effective rate was 73.33 percents. Through cheeckout,P<0.01,the result was that the efficacy of improving the symptom of hectic fever and sweat the treatment group was superior to the control group.The treatment group and the control group after treatment decreased their symptom scores (P<0.01),and the contrast differences between the two groups before and after treatment there is obviously a significant (P<0.01),suggesting that the role of symptom improvement of the treatment group significantly better than the control group. The treatment group and the control group before and after treatment of sex hormone E2 both increase but no significant (P> 0.05), sex hormone FSH, LH declined in varying degrees, the difference was not significant (P>0.05), suggesting that the treatment group and the control group can be up to some extent at higher E2 levels and lower FSH,LH level, but without statistical significance. The two groups before and after treatment of whole blood viscosity at different shear rates (high shear whole blood (200/s), whole blood in the cut(30/s),whole blood low-shear(5/s),whole blood low shear(1/s))under the decrease (P<0.01),and the contrast differences between the two groups before and after treatment there was obviously a significant (P<0.01).Suggesting that the role of decreasing whole blood viscosity and improving blood circulation of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. During the treatment,both of the two groups were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The treatment of Ziyin Jianghuo method for liver and kidney-yin deficiency of perimenopausal syndrome can significantly improve the patient's the symptom of hectic fever and sweat and other symptoms;reduce blood viscosity and improve microcirculation; increase to some extent at high E2, lower FSH,LH levels, although not statistically significant. So Ziyin Jianghuo method was to improve perimenopausal symptoms syndrome, micro-circulation and adjust endocrine in an effective way.
