This article is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical study, we firstly review of" The thoughtway and method on diagnosis and treatment of categoryâ…¢prostatitis by Traditional Chinese Medicine", including the Chinese medical understanding of the prostatitis categoryâ…¢; Chinese medicine treatment and experience of categoryâ…¢prostatitis, the basic methods to explain its concept, pathogenesis, Differential treatment in particular, and external treatment, etc.; In the other review named The pathomechanism of prostatitis categoryâ…¢,Including the concept of categoryâ…¢and epidemiology of prostatitis; categoryâ…¢prostatitis in the pathogenesis and clinical treatment. These reviews will be able to make the clinical research better as the basic theory. The second part of clinical studies to permit damp-heat and blood stasis syndrome score and NIH-CPSI score for the standard to determine Qianliean Suppository respectively, biofeedback therapy and biofeedback Qianliean Suppository combined therapy of categoryâ…¢prostatitis. The results show that, according to the U.S. NIH-CPSI score, three groups after treatment, pain and discomfort score compared with before treatment there was significant improvement (P<0.05), compared among the three groups, Qianliean Suppository group and biofeedback group and the combined treatment group, the score difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), while Qianliean Suppository combined treatment with the differences can not be that there was no statistically significant (P<0.05); three groups after treatment, urinary symptom score before treatment was significantly improved (P<0.05), compared among the three groups, Qianliean Suppository and after the treatment significantly (P<0.05), while the biofeedback treatment group and combined treatment group difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); CPSI three groups after treatment than before treatment quality of life impact score improved significantly (P<0.01), compared among the three groups, Qianliean Suppository group, biofeedback therapy combined treatment group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), from the mean difference (M.D) can be obtained, combined therapy on improvement of quality of life of the highest degree of integration, followed by the biofeedback group, and Qianliean Suppository group minimum; total points of view from the three groups, three general pre-treatment score difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), three groups post treatment the difference between the total score (P<0.05), combined treatment with NIH-CPSI total score of improvement, followed by biofeedback group, but the Qianliean Suppository is the lowest. According to TCM damp-heat and blood stasis symptom score, the three groups pre and post treatment difference in symptom score of damp-heat and blood stasis symptom score, Qianliean Suppository group and the integration of biofeedback group was not statistically significant (P>0.05), that both are valid certificate on the heat stasis; combined treatment group and Qianliean Suppository simple biofeedback group and treatment group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), combined with the mean difference (M.D), that the combined therapy is better than Qianliean Suppository group and the biofeedback group.
