Clinical Studies On The Method Of Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Damp In Treating Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Of The Type Of Humid Heat And Blood Stasis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the method of promoting blood circulation and removing damp in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of the type of humid heat and blood stasis,to investiage the possible mechanism of it.Method We selected 60 patients of this type of sequelae of pelvic and devided them randomly into treated group30 cases,and controled group 30 cases.The treatment group were given oral taking the formula for promoting blood circulation and removing damp and the control group are treated by Jin Gangteng Capsule.Before and after treatment, observe and evaluated the Chinese medicine symptomes and local signs as well as observe the changes of B-ultrasound, soluble interleukin-2 receptor, interleukin-6 and complete analysis of drugs' efficacy and security.Results The total effective rate is 96.7% in the treated group,while it is 90% in the control group,there is significant difference between them(P<0.01).By means of improving symptoms,the curative rate in the treated group is 96.7% and the control group is 76.7%.Analyzed with statistic method,they are significantly different(P<0.05).By means of improving the signs,the curative rate in the treated group is 83.3%while it is 66.7% in the control group.Analyzed with statistic method,they are significantly different(P<0.05).The syndrome integrals and physical sign integrals are remarkably reduced in both groups.The reduction is more apparent in the treatment group than in the control group.The test of soluble interleukin-2 receptor and interleukin-6 after treatment suggests that lower of soluble interleukin-2 receptor and increase of interleukin-6, There is more apparent in the treatment group than in the control group,and there is siganificant statistical difference.Harmful reaction was not found during the course of clinical application.Conclusion The formula for treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of the type of humid heat and blood stasis has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects on alleviating pains and improving signs; strengthening body immunity to promote absorption of pelvic local inflammation. In summary, the method of promoting blood circulation and removming damp is very effective in treating sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.
