| Objective: The method of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of the type of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis has got satisfactory clinical efficacy.This study aims to observe the formula with Chinese herbs for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and observe the changes of signs, signs of improvement and hemorheology, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor-a changes, designed to further exert the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and improve efficacy of Chinese medicine.Methods:Using of randomized methods ,we haved selected 50 patients of this type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease .They were divided into 30 cases of treatment group and control group 20 cases.The oral treatment group were given oral taking the formula for tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation and the control group are treated by FuKe QianJin capsule. Before and after treatment,all patients are evaluated of physical sign integrals, syndrome integralsseparately and observed hemorrheology, interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor-a changes complete analysis of drugs' efficacy and security.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%. 0 cases cured; example 1 markedly, accounting for 5%; 14 cases effective, accounting for 70%; invalid five cases, accounting for 25%; the total effective rate of the control group is 75%.The treatment group compared with the control group were significantly different.2.Before and after treatment, the treatment group decrease significantly larger than the control group in the signs of hemorrheology,interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor-a, suggesting this treatment can improve the condition of pelvic circulation and improve immune function.3. The effects of this disease has nothing to do with age but did relate to courses of disease and condition of illness.Conclusion: This treatment can improve symptoms and signs, improve the blood circulation and regulate immune function. In summary, this method is very effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. |
