Objective:This study aims to find out new bioactive constituents in Aster tataricus L.f.Methods:The compounds were isolated form A. tataricus L.f.by the chemical methods, Those structures were determined by spectral methods, the compounds were tested on CCCT,antifungal, HBV and HA bioassays.Results:①We got 62 compounds and 25 of them have got the structrue. shion-22-methoxy-20(21)-en-3-one,Shion-22(30)-en-3,21-dione, Shion-21-hydroxyl-22(30)-en-3-one,Shion-22-methoxy-20(21)-en-3-ol, shione,Epishionol, friedelane, epifriedelanol, 24-ethyl-5a-cholesta-7,22(E)-dien-3-one,5-hydroxymeth-yl-furfural, 7-hydroxycoumarin,methyl caffeate,Ethanone,Viscidone, o-hydroxybenzoic acid,p-Hydroxyacetophenone, p-Hydroxybenzaldehyde,4-Hydroxybenzoic acid,3-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzoic acid,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid,1-acetoxy-2-ene(E)-4,6-decandiyne,(E)-2-Decene-4,6-diyn-1-ol,Lachnophyllic acid. Among them,4 compounds were elucidated to be new ones.②We tested their activity on CCCT and antifungal bioassays, Results indicated that the compounds showed no inhibitory activity in the two models. New compounds 1,2,3 and known compounds 7,8,9,13,14 showed inhibitory activities on HBsAg with IC50 value of 0.9,4.5,0.9,17.5,3.0, 7.311.3,19.2μg/ml, and new compound 1 showed inhibitory activities on HBeAg with IC50 value of 0.8μg/ml.New compounds 1,2,3 and known compounds 7,8,9,13,14 showed inhibitory activities on HA with IC50 value of 11.2,2.1,1.5,4.1,2.3μg/ml respectively. Conclusion:The compounds isolated form A. tataricus L. f. find no Cytotoxic activity, but new compounds 1,2,3 and known compounds 7, 8,9,13,14 showed inhibitory activities on HBV;and new compounds 2 and known compounds 7,8,13,14 showed inhibitory activities on HA.
