Purpose: Through the rat animal model of acute suppurative peritonitis, Observation of Yiqi purgative herbs on acute peritonitis inflammatory factor TNF-α,IL-6,TNF-aR effects,To evaluate acute purulent peritonitis in rats therapeutic effect.Methods: 180 Wistar rats, induced by cecal ligation animal model of acute septic peritonitis 170. Model groups were given equal amount of saline, under the Medicines Yi Qi Tong Traditional Chinese Medicine (Sodium oral solution) was administered orally, intraperitoneally bell Nansin western group (Western medicine), In group A, oral solution to nitrate + bell Nansin the blank group were not disposed of,after modeling,1,2,4,6 days,each time randomly selected from each group in 8 blood,determination of TNF-a,IL-6,TNF-aR level,and WBC count.Results: 1 YiQi purgative herbs can reduce the acute suppurative peritonitis in rat serum concentrations of TNF-a, elevated concentrations of TNF-aR ; significantly reduced the number of WBC;on the IL-6 concentration and the relevant information does not match the experimental results is the first day after modeling,the concentration decreased gradually and slowly increased later, after using drugs rising faster speed relative to the model group, Bushixiajiang its concentration.2 YiQi Tong Traditional Chinese Medicine on acute peritonitis inflammatory factors were much;for peritonitis treatment effect of combination of Chinese and Western ideal.3 YiQi purgative herbs can significantly reduce mortality in rats,can effectively prevent and suppress inflammation. Conclusion: YiQi purgative herbs can reduce the acute suppurative peritonitis in rat serum concentrations of TNF-a, increased TNF-aR, IL-6 concentration,effect of treatment group were significantly better than the model group, acute purulent peritonitis in rats TNF-a levels in blood and rats was related to prognosis, TNF-aR, IL-6 level was positively correlated with the prognosis of rats, but mortality was significantly reduced after treatment in rats. Further confirmed Qi purgative herbs can effectively control and suppress inflammation.
