Objective:1.To explore the change of ADMA and APN in different stage of type 2 diabetes.2.To explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and ADMA.Methods:87 research cases were included in research. All cases was divided into 5 groups. Normal control group(15 cases), AS group(20 cases),IGR group(12 cases),T2DM group(20 cases),T2DM+AS group (20 cases).ADMA,APN,lipids,insulin,FPG,2hPG,HbA1c and so were detected in 5 groups of people. All date were analyzed by SPSS11.5.Results:The level of ADMA is significant high in T2DM+AS group compare to normal control group,AS group,IGR group and T2DM group(P<0.05). The APN level is significant low in T2DM+AS group compare to normal control group,IGR group and T2DM group ( P<0.05 ), has? no? significant? different? with? AS?group(p=0.0560).ADMA has a positive correlation with BMI,DBP,HbA1c,2hPG,HOMA-IR,otherwise,ADMA has a negative correlation with HDL-C and APN.Conclusions:As the development of type 2 diabetes ,ADMA level increasing more and more, meanwhile, level of APN present a trend to decrease. Both of them participant in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus macrovascular complications and has a negative correlation. ADMA is a risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus to develop macrovascular complications.
