Clinical Observations On Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis Of Heart And Stagnant Blood Stasis With Qianliening Supostories

Objective: To estimate the effect of Chinese Herb composition(named by QIANLIENING suppository)on chronic bacterial prostatitis of moist heart and stagnant blood stasis . Methods: Observed crowd were the patients on the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis belonging to moist heat and stagnant blood stasis,according to diagnosis internalizing standard.The crowd had 60 patients. They were randomly divided inio two groups.The group that was treated had 30patients,the group of comparision 30patienis.Observed medicine QIANLIENING suppositories belonging to the group that was treated and YEJUHUA suppositories belonging the group of comparison .Therapeutic regimens were as follow:all the medicines were given through endoarehos.1pill every order,1order everyday,the study need four weeks.Chief indexes were NIH-CPSI and chronic bacterial prostatitis of moist heat and stagnant blood stasis's symptom score .At the same time,overview the single symptom curative effect and record harmful event. Resuit: 1 Chronic prostatitis of moist heat and stagnant blood stasis's symptom score:(1)In the group that was treated,the rate of cure efficiency was3.33% ,great efficiency was 56.67%,Some efficieney was 30.00%,no effect was 10.00%,total affiance90.00%.(2)In the group of comparison, the rate of cure efficiency was 0.0% ,great efficiency was 36.67%,Some efficieney was 40.00%,no effect was 23.33%,total affiance76.67%.2 After administration score of NIH-CPSI had changed,the group that was treated had descended (8.03±2.67)scores,the group of comparison had descended(4.47±1.87) scores.3 The single symptom curative effect scores had all descended in the group that was treated and in the group of comparison after administration.4 Security detection had indicated that harmful event didn't happen in both groups. Conclusions: QIANLIENING suppository can greatly improve symptom of patients and raise quality of life.The group that was treated had surpassed the group of comparison in Curative effect;both medicines were safe and reliable.
