Objective:The country doctor in my school education undertake the heavy responsibility to transport the high technical medical and health person for agriculture in Xinjiang.It Is beneficial to lead into "the global medical science educates the most basic request"(GMER) for country doctor's special feature teaching in my school study .The GMER stipulate the core ability that a medical science graduate student should have,it embody the medical science education reform and the trend of development,such as the medical science mode change, health care internationalization, medical science education of humanities and medical science science educate allied.Analyze the consistency of country doctor's teaching in my school and GMER related contents to discover the shortage that country doctor contents of course exist.In the meantime,analyze the impact factor of country doctor's teaching in my school and GMER related contents to the methods for carring out country doctor special feature teaching.Methods: Lead into GMER related contents,consult experts and prepares a survey in advance for a questionnaire design, then formally draw up survey questionnaire.Adopt the Ke Shi five grades evaluation,analyze the consistency of country doctor's teaching in my school and GMER related contents.Adopt x2 Examine analyze factors of country doctor's teaching in my school and GMER related contents to the study the method for carring out country doctor of the special feature teaching. There is the weak link in cognize between teachers and students in four areas on GMER which are communicate ability health system knowledge,information management, criticize thinking,research ability.There are three important factors which are the content and request of the courses,teaching method,exmaination methods.Between the contents of the courses for country doctor's teaching in my school and GMER related contents.At last,discove the high consistency between the related policy document spirit of country doctor's teaching in my school and GMER contents.Conclusion:the consistency tetween country doctor's teaching in my school and GMER related contents is gradually. Until now, teaching section in my school didn't attach importance to country doctor's Clinical technical ability cultivate.Moreover, country doctor in my school teaching management should strengthen and raise further.
