The Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease With The Treatment Of Tonifying Kidney, Clearing(Heat) And Draining (Damp), Activating Blood Plus Tripterygium Glycosides Tablets

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the treatment of chronic kidney disease in different phrases with Tripterygium glycosides tablet and tonifying kidney, clearing(heat)and draining (damp), activating blood formula.Methods:Select 66 patients with chronic kidney disease in retrospective study whose primary disease are chronic glomerulonephritis in 5 years prior to January 2009, who have accepted Tripterygium glycosides tablets and basic treatment, to get a preliminary conclusion. And then select 26 cases of CKD4 phrase patients randomly whose primary disease are chronic glomerulonephritis.They were randomly divided into two groups, the treat group were given Tripterygium glycosides tablets and basic treatment, the control group were only given the basic treatment. Both groups were observed in urinary protein, renal function, liver function and so on around the treatment.Results:1. Retrospective studies have shown that treating patients in CKD1-5 phrases in Tripterygium glycosides tablets plus basic treatment are safe and efficient, in which the renal function of CKD1-4 phrases patients was markedly improved, while patients in CKD5 phrase remained stable. The changes of proteinuria and eGFR had a linear relationship in CKD3-4 phrases Patients.2. Prospective studies have shown that renal function and proteinuria were significantly improved in treat group; in the control group, proteinuria have a certain improvement, while renal function decline.Conclusion:1. In the short term, treating CKD patients with massive proteinuria whose primary disease is chronic glomerulonephritis in Tripterygium glycosides tablet plus basic treatment are safe and efficient, and the renal function can be significantly improved, at least stable.2. The treatment in CKD4 phrase Patients with massive proteinuria (>3g/24h), that take Tripterygium glycosides tablet plus basic therapy, are safe and effective. Proteinuria, renal function and the clinical symptoms can be significantly improved, compared to whom accept basic therapy. The control of proteinuria in CKD4 phrase patients slow the progress of CKD.
