AIM:In order to find the inherent relationship between the changes in plasma B2 (TXB2), F1α(6-K-PGF1a), D dimmer and the differentiation of syndromes in patients with RVO. METHDS:We studied 29 cases and made observation of B2(TXB2),Flα(6-K-PGF1a) and D dimmer. RESULT:The level of plasma B2 (TXB2) in the patients with RVO is much higher than the ordinary compared group (P<0.05).The level of plasma F1α(6-K-PGF1a) in the patients with RVO is much lower than the ordinary compared group (P<0.01).These results agreed with the mechanism of the forma significant. There is no difference of the level of plasma D dimmer between the patients with RVO and the ordinary compared group (P>0.01). Four groups of patients blood plasmas 6-K-PGF1αquite have not discovered the obvious difference (P>0.01).Four groups of patients blood plasma D dimmer quite are not discovered the obvious difference (P>0.01).Comparison of the four groups of patients blood plasma TXB2 discovered that four groups of patient blood plasma TXB2 targets from high to low, are the syndrome of intermingled, the syndrome of stagnation of qi and blood, the syndrome of deficiency or yin and hyperactivity of yang and the syndrome of deficiency of the heart and spleen in turn.
