Clinical Study Of Scalp Cluster Acupuncture Treatment On Plasma D-Dimer Of Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the levels of Plasma D-dimmer of subjects with acute cerebral infarction before and after acupuncture treatment to reveal the effect of acupuncture on acute ischemic acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Sixty subjects were randomly divided into the treatment group(30patients) and control group(30subjects). The treatment group was treated by scalp acupuncture and Western medicine while the control group was only treated withWestern medicine.The treatment area of scalp acupuncture is the Ding Qu and Dingqian Qu with Yu. The blood sample of all subjects were provided to measure the levels of Plasma D-dimmer post 1day,7 days and 14 days treatment.Results:1.There was not difference of the levels of Plasma D-dimme between two groups post 1day treatment (P>0.05).2.There was significant difference of the levels of Plasma D-dimme between two groups post 7 days and 14 days treatment (P<0.05).3.There was significant difference of the levels of Plasma D-dimme inter and between two groups post 7 days and 14 days treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Scalp acupuncture treatment have a better clinical efficacy to reduce the Plasma D-dimmer levels for acute cerebral infarction.2.Scalp acupuncture is effective to prevent acute cerebral infarction,and also can reduce its risk...
